The place of pick up, Your experiences of discovery of French wines What are your favorite Champagne houses, and what you want to visit

If possible, not 2 houses from the same group. Example for the LVMH Group: Moët & Chandon, Vve Clicquot, Ruinart. Some houses are open only to professionals or upon recommendation of the importer: Ex: Bollinger, Roederer, Krug, Henriot, Pol Roger, Piper & Charles Heidsieck, Perrier-Jouet,...

What lunch do you want ? gourmet restaurant, brasserie or bistrot ? Your choice will condition time for the first appointment in the afternoon.

The budget you want to devote to these visits and tastings Depending on your wishes, I will inform you of these cost. Do you have other interests ?

Ex:  Cathedral of Reims, St Remi Basilica, Chapel Fujita Museum of the Surrender, Art Nouveau & Art Deco in Reims, chocolate, regional products, Biscuits Fossier of Reims, Champagne Cooperage, etc.

I send you a quote with the general conditions of sale, and confirm the reservation. Upon receipt your agreement, I will take appointments

in the Champagne Houses, and in the excellent winegrowers houses selected on 3 criteria : passionate about terroir, wine and excellence, originality or sometimes rareness, exporting over 40% of their production and always in your country, and speaking English. We make 2 visits with wine tasting, and one or two house presentations with tasting. (you can taste 5 to 10 different wines in the day!) Wherever possible, I choose a house or a winemaker where whom you have a complete tour, from the vine, through the press, the winery, cellars, until the finished bottles ready for shipment.

The scheduled day,

I just pick you up by car in Paris (usually 8 am) or the TGV station in Reims (8:42 am, or 9:42 am) During the trip, so you have a better understanding of what you'll hear and see during the visits, and to give sense to your feeling, I will explain the champagne, the rules that govern it, the champagne method … I drive you :

At each visit according to the schedule, (I'll come with you in visits to answer questions or provide some useful information). At the restaurant, excellent brasserie or bistro or gourmet restaurant that I have selected for you based on your choice and where we go.

We leave Champagne to Paris in 6 pm, or to be on time for your train.  On our arrival in Paris, we spent nearly 12 hours together!
